Meet Captain Kirt Cleveland

Captain Kirt is a licensed Captain with thorough knowledge of the waters around Chincoteague and Assateague.  He has lived on Chincoteague for many years.  Captain Kirt has worked as a waterman on these waters and is very familiar with the history of the islands.  One of his life pleasures is sharing this knowledge with his clients.
